Welcome to your Dallas Symphony Orchestra
While you’re here, park with ease, explore the neighborhood, sample our in-house amenities, and participate in the many concert extras that the DSO has to offer.
- We recommend arriving and parking at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert to allow for any potential delays.
- The Guest Services Center, Opus (our on-site buffet restaurant), and Symphony Shop are open 2 hours before each concert for your convenience and enjoyment.
- The concert hall opens 30 minutes before each scheduled concert.
- Latecomers are seated in the most accessible seat at the house manager’s discretion.
- Ramps from the main lobby on the east and west sides of the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center will lead to the Orchestra Floor and Orchestra Terrace levels.
- ADA seating is on the Orchestra Terrace level only.
- All restrooms at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center have ADA accessible stalls.
- No filming, photos, or recording of the event allowed.
- The use of photographic, audio, or video recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
- Patrons of all ages (including infants) must have a ticket to enter the Eugene McDermott Concert Hall per the Dallas Fire Code
- Children under 4 are not admitted to Classical concerts.
- Exterior doors to the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center are locked 30 minutes after each concert. Access to the Hall Arts parking garage is available via the Crocket Street and Pearl Street public elevators.
